14  and Under Girls

The estimated cost per player, based on a 12 member team, will be in 
the area of $650.00

Transportation to and from tournaments, accommodations etc  
are the responsibility of the parents and player. 
Car pooling and shared accommodations will be 
arranged whenever possible.

The selected team will practice twice a week.

Regular practices will be Sunday mornings10am - 12pm and Wednesday evenings 6pm - 8pm

Although we plan on being competitive we look at this as a volleyball enrichment opportunity for some of the most intense 14U  volleyball players from the Kingston area. This may not be for every player and some that are invited may choose not to participate at this time and that is fine as we want the players who are sure this is the spot for them. It is very important that everyone is aware that when a youth level player decides to play they are making, not only a commitment for themselves, but also their parents who must supply the transportation and assist in the finances. 
 
My promise to each player selected is that I will give everyone an equal opportunity  
to learn but I do not promise equal playing time.  
I will try to get everyone involved in matches but that may not happen.  
My intent is to develop a system that will allow the team to play to the best of the individual's abilities.

OUR priorities, while part of this team, must be; [1] Health, [2] Home, [3] Academics, [4] Team.

I am not particularly sensitive to egos, gossip or hidden agendas. Parents should be parents, players should be players and the coach should coach and be the only one to criticize the players. The game ends when the game ends and practice ends when the practice ends and does not continue in the change room, halls, bleachers or the car ride home.

I require a high standard of conduct and effort from each of the team members, including myself. Our basic rules of conduct is; ""If it is not acceptable in a match with a referee then it is not acceptable at practice or any club function."

I expect you at every practice and game. However I understand that there are circumstances that make that impossible and all I ask is that you keep me informed. I hate surprises.
